Terms of Service for HomePath
Effective Year 2025. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of Personal legal accompaniment services for the full path to home from contract review to registration, information products, and physical goods (collectively, “Offerings”) by HomePath (homepath.services).

2. Scope of Services
2.1 Personal Legal Accompaniment Services: Customized support throughout the full path to home, from reviewing contractual documents to final registration with relevant authorities.
2.2 Information Products: Digital guides, templates, and resources designed to assist clients in navigating legal processes related to home acquisition.
2.3 Physical Goods: Printed materials, manuals, and other tangible items offered by HomePath.
3. Payment and Scheduling
Clients agree to submit full payment prior to commencement of any Offering. Scheduling of personal legal accompaniment services will be confirmed upon payment clearance. Timelines for information products and physical goods delivery will be provided at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Personal Legal Accompaniment Services
Clients may cancel personal legal accompaniment services up to seven days before the scheduled start date for a full reimbursement. If cancellation occurs fewer than seven days before the start date, a credit equal to eighty percent (80%) of the total fee will be issued, which may be applied to future services within six months. Once services commence, fees are non-reimbursable due to the personalized nature of legal work already performed.
4.2 Information Products
Digital products can be cancelled and reimbursed within fourteen days of purchase, provided no downloads or access to protected content has occurred. Once access is granted or downloads initiated, products are non-reimbursable. Reimbursements will be processed within ten business days.
4.3 Physical Goods
Clients have fourteen days from delivery to request cancellation and reimbursement. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back goods are borne by the client. Reimbursements will be processed within fifteen business days after receipt and inspection of sent-back goods.
5. Service Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule personal legal accompaniment sessions at no additional fee if notice is given at least five days before the scheduled date. For shorter notice, a rescheduling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the service fee will apply.
6. No Reimbursement Situations
Fees for services that have fully commenced, information products after access is granted, and custom orders for physical goods are not eligible for reimbursement. This policy ensures that efforts and resources already allocated by HomePath are recognized.

8. Changes to Terms
HomePath reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect upon publication.
